On Friday, February 12, 2010, the Board of Directors of CH2M HILL established the quarterly price for CH2M HILL stock at USD $40.52 per share. The First Quarter trade date for the internal market is March 12, 2010. An equivalent price in your local currency will be determined based on the exchange rate on the trade date.
